To use this site, we need your agreement regarding the acceptance of these ‘Terms and Conditions.’ We reserve the right to modify the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section at any time, without prior notification, by displaying the latest version on our website. We recommend that you read this section whenever you access the website www.yvesanais.com. The customer is obligated to strictly adhere to the Terms and Conditions applicable on the website at the time of accessing, using, or placing an order. The content of this site is the exclusive property of S.C. YUMI BRAND S.R.L. Copying, publishing, modifying data, information, photographs, or other content found on the site is prohibited without the consent of S.C. YUMI BRAND S.R.L. Access to the site for placing an order is allowed for any visitor. The customer assumes the obligation to provide information that is appropriate, complete, accurate, and real, as specified in the identity document. After placing an order following all the steps you will be guided through, you will receive a confirmation email, which will confirm whether the product is in stock and provide the estimated delivery duration to the specified address. The prices displayed on the site include VAT, in accordance with the current regulations. Payment can be made through the approved payment systems displayed on the site. The invoice for the ordered products will be sent together with the ordered items.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is the certification of the quality and authenticity of YVES ANAIS products and applies to any product bearing this name..
We guarantee that the bag, brand YVES ANAIS is a new, authentic, premium product, made in Romania.
Guarantee period
For all YVES ANAIS products we offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. For any manufacturing defects that you may discover during this time, we invite you to return the product to the store or online shop where it was purchased.
Guarantee conditions
The guarantee applies only if the buyer provides proof of purchase of the product by means of a receipt or invoice and the defects are manufacturing defects and not caused by the buyer through improper use.
Warranty terms and conditions
The guarantee will be granted within 15 calendar days from the date of the complaint by :
- repairing the product;
- replacement of the product if repairs are no longer possible;
- returning the value of the product if neither repair nor replacement is possible;
Conditions under which the product warranty becomes inapplicable or void
- moral wear and tear and normal, physical wear and tear of the product;
- damage to the product or component parts as a result of prolonged exposure to severe environmental factors (sun or other strong source of heat, humidity, rain, snow, etc.);
- damage to the product as a result of natural disasters; accidents, fire or theft;
- defects caused by transport, handling and storage in unsuitable conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, thermal shock - hot/cold variations, immersion, etc.);
- Defects caused by inappropriate, improper, incorrect, altered use of the product and/or improper conditions other than those for which it was tested and designed (overfilling of bags leads to damage);
- intervention, repair or modification by unauthorised persons within a reasonable period of time;
- damage to the product caused voluntarily or involuntarily by mechanical shocks (breaking, snagging, banging, scratching, etc.), pets, rodents and other pests;
- poor maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products);
They are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the guarantee:
- grain characteristics, knots, shades and colours of wood;
- natural leather characteristics: grain, slight differences in colour, characteristic marks and irregularities (this is precisely what shows the authenticity and quality of YVES ANAIS products);
- small irregularities and imperfections in products or parts of hand-made products;
- leathers that have been waxed and polished by hand: in this case the leather continues to "work" naturally - the colour marks on the surface of the leather are an intentional effect, which only occurs after wearing and this is precisely what brings authenticity;
General recommendations for the care of wooden and leather bags:
- We recommend cleaning with a soft, dry cloth (products containing acetone, acids, alcohol or any other substance not tested and recommended by the manufacturer are prohibited);
- avoid touching the bags with objects that may cause scratches, burns, punctures or any physical action that may damage the bag;
- after each use, clean the outside of the bag/belt/wallet with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a well-ventilated, moisture-free place;
- storage in individual bags in a dark place; avoid storage near heat sources, dampness or exposure to sunlight, which may cause discoloration of the product;
- for metal surfaces of accessories, frequent polishing with a dry cloth is recommended to prevent oxidation;
Do not store bags in cramped spaces with other objects on top of them! A heavy object will put pressure on the surface of the bag for a long time and deform it, even if it is stored and not worn;
RETURN / REFUND
The return policy for products purchased from the www.yvesanais.com website is 14 days from receipt of the item to request a product return.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tag and in the original packaging. You will also need the purchase invoice, which will be proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation. Items returned without first filling in the return form will not be accepted.

In order to resolve your refund request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the products via FAN Courier or DHL. The buyer may choose to replace the returned product with another one available in stock. If the buyer wishes to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, the delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
Damages and problems
Please check (order on receipt) and contact us immediately, if it is found that the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can review the order, the delivery method, for a solution as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The return period for a product in the European Union is 14 days.
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your purchase invoice.
Refunds
We will notify you after receipt and verification of your return whether or not your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned, using the same method used to make the payment), within 14 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the Bank to process the refund to your account.
