Guarantee

The guarantee represents the certification of the quality and authenticity of YVES ANAIS products and applies to any product bearing this name.

We guarantee that the YVES ANAIS brand bag is a new, authentic product, a premium product, manufactured in Romania.

Warranty period

For all YVES ANAIS products we offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. For any manufacturing defects that you may discover during this period of time, we invite you to return the product to the store or online shop where it was purchased.

Conditions for granting the guarantee

The warranty applies only if the buyer provides proof of purchase of the product through a tax receipt or invoice, and the defects are from manufacturing and not caused by the buyer through improper use.

Ways of securing the guarantee

The guarantee will be granted in no more than 15 calendar days from the notification date, by:

• repairing the product;

• replacement of the product, if repairs are no longer possible;

• returning the value of the product, if neither repair nor replacement is possible;

Conditions in which the product warranty becomes inapplicable or void

• moral and physical, normal wear and tear of the product;

• damage to the product or some component parts after prolonged exposure to severe environmental factors (sun or another strong source of heat, humidity, rain, snow, etc.);

• damage to the product following natural calamities; accidents, arson or theft;

• defects caused by transport, handling and storage in improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, thermal shocks - hot / cold variations, immersion, etc.);

• defects caused by improper, abusive, incorrect, modified use of the product and/or in improper conditions, other than those for which it was tested and designed (overfilling the bags leads to their damage);

• intervention, repair or modification made by unauthorized persons;

• damage to the product caused voluntarily or involuntarily by mechanical shocks (breaking, hanging, hitting, scratching, etc.), pets, rodents and other pests;

• defective maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products);

The following are not considered manufacturing defects, as a result of which they are not covered by the warranty:

• particularities of the fiber, knots, shades and colors of the wood;

•  peculiarities of natural leather: veins, small color differences, characteristic marks and irregularities (this is precisely what shows the authenticity and quality of YVES ANAIS products);

• small irregularities and imperfections of products or parts of handmade products;

• leathers that have been waxed and polished by hand: in this case the leather continues to "work" in a natural way - the color excoriations on the surface of the leathers represent an intentional effect, which occurs only after wearing and this is precisely what brings authenticity;

General recommendations regarding the care of wooden and leather bags:

- we recommend cleaning the products with a soft, dry cloth (products containing acetone, acids, alcohol or any other substance that has not been tested and recommended by the manufacturer are prohibited);

- avoid touching the bags with objects that can cause scratches, burns, perforations or any physical action likely to damage the bag;

- after each use, clean the outside of the bag/belt/wallet with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a well-ventilated, moisture-proof place;

- storage is done in individual bags, in places protected from light; avoid storage near sources of heat, moisture or exposure to sunlight, which may cause discoloration of the product;

- frequent polishing with a dry cloth is recommended for the metal surfaces of the accessories to prevent oxidation;

Do not store bags in cramped spaces, with other objects on top of them! A heavy object will put pressure on the surface of the bag for a long time and will deform it, even if it is stored and not worn;
