The delivery of the products will be done as follows: free delivery on Romanian territory by FAN Courier, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18.00.
The delivery time takes up to 5 working days from the moment of placing the order, at the address mentioned by the customer, for the products in stock.
For products that are not in stock, the production time takes between 3 to 5 days from the ordering date. The delivery will be made within a maximum of 3 working days.
Please indicate a delivery address. Your order will be delivered between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. We do not deliver during the weekends. Any order received after 16.00 will be considered the next day’s order and will be processed as such. Orders received Friday after 16:00 will be processed starting Monday, the next week.
YA is not responsible for unforeseen delays, adverse weather conditions, extreme phenomena etc, or other unforeseen factors that may influence delivery time of the product.
Delivery of products is made by DHL. The delivery time will be stated at the time of the order, depending on the buyer’s country of origin.
Orders placed from other EU or non-EU countries can only be paid online by credit card, no pay on delivery is accepted.
YA does not take responsibility for the product’s condition after it has been handed over to the courier.
If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address and fails to hand over the parcel, the order will be returned to the sender. For a new shipment the recipient must pay for both shipments.
Please report any nonconformity, the status of the package, check the product packaging and the product’s status, accompanied by the authenticity certificate by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For products whose parcels show visible damage from courier delivery, we recommend that you refuse accepting it.
If you accepted the receipt of the package and found out that the product was damaged, it is recommended to have it photographed from several angles and returning it within 24 hours from the acceptance date.
Loss or damage to the products ordered on the website becomes your responsibility once you have signed the shipping documents.
The buyer has the right to renounce the purchase without penalties and without justifying the reason for the renunciation. The product can be returned within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
The costs of returning the product will be borne by the buyer. For unilateral contract termination, please let us know by filling out the product return form and then forwarding it to email@example.com.
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of YB’s acceptance of the return. The return will only be accepted if the product is in the same condition as when shipped and in the same packaging marked with the YA logo, accompanied by the authenticity certificate and the Return Form with the buyer’s data.
In order to be able to solve your refund request as soon as possible, we recommend that you redeem your products through FAN Curier or DHL. The buyer can choose to replace the returned product with another one available in stock. If the buyer wants to replace the returned product with another one available on stock, the delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
All YA products have a unique wooden pattern from which they were created. Each product will be different from the ones displayed on the site, keeping the basic features of the ordered product: wood essence, color of the handles, metal accessories.
The buyer assumes that the product ordered will have the specific type of wood but a different wood pattern: the striations, knots, porosity will be different from product to product. The knots are part of the product’s aesthetics and are not considered flaws.
The buyer can complain about any dissatisfaction with the order placed, the product itself or any other complaints that may arise about the site’s malfunction by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint will be recorded and will be given a response within 2 working days from registration.
YA product warranty
Is proof of the quality of YA products offered by YB SRL and applies to all products sold.
We offer a 30 days warranty from the purchase date.
We warrant that the product purchased from S.C. Yumi Brand is an authentic, manufactured product, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that mentions the series and the number of the product, the name of the product, the production material (type of wood).
Follow the maintenance instructions as the product has quality parameters. You have to take into account that with time and wearing the wood will become a living material, it will get polished, it will get a new shade. This transformation is not a flaw.
Important: The warranty applies only if the buyer proves the product purchase by supplying payment documents. The warranty activation request will be answered within 15 calendar days from the date of notification to the seller.
If the product can not be repaired, it will be replaced with another similar product. If the product can not be repaired or replaced, the money will be returned to the buyer’s account.
Personal data procession
For the purchase of YA products on the www.yvesanais.com website, the Buyer has the obligation to provide personal data, which is required for billing and delivery of ordered products. Your refusal determines the impossibility of delivering the ordered products.
The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. According to Law no. 677/2001, regarding the protection of personal data and their free movement, Yumi Brand Srl is registered with the Authority that regulates the processing of personal data.
YB SRL undertakes to manage the personal data provided by the buyer in a safe and secure manner and only for the purpose of selling, purchasing, marketing etc.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer declares that he/she agrees that his/her personal data will be unlimitedly processed and stored by YB SRL and its partners. He has the right to be informed and may ask once a year if his or her personal data is processed by the data controller.
